Compassionate therapy through telehealth services for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships.
My mission is to offer thoughtful, compassionate therapy to individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. I believe therapy should be a space where you can fully express yourself and gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Where building a trusting relationship with a nonjudgemental, safe person, allows you to explore that things that have you stuck. Together, we’ll work to find what brings you relief, meaning, and maybe even happiness.

Sitting with my clients, listening with curiosity and openness to their stories, and offering compassionate therapy in return is what drives my work. Over the years, I’ve gathered knowledge and experience in the field that helps me create a space where people can reflect on where they’ve been, make sense of it, and begin to rebuild. It’s in that space, between understanding and growth, that new stories start to take shape.
I currently accept the following insurance plans for services including anxiety treatment, compassionate therapy, and depression therapy: Carelon Behavioral Health, United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Aetna, Cigna, Blue Shield of California, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and
Anthem Blue Cross California.
For those interested in self-pay options, the rate is $175 per session. Additionally, I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, including for telehealth services.
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2009 and my undergraduate degree from Occidental College—which first brought me from the East Coast to California, a move that quickly felt like home.
By day, I work in a community-based mental health setting, and I offer private therapy sessions in the evenings and on weekends. I provide secure telehealth services for those seeking convenient access to compassionate therapy. For clients nearby, I can sometimes offer in-home sessions on a case-by-case basis.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that therapy should feel like a real relationship, one where you feel seen, supported, and genuinely understood.
